Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your orders at North Yard Supply.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or higher-value items are packaged with additional protection.

Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Please note this is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed shipments
